4. Low Acid Coffee Sampler

Coffee drinkers learn, very quickly, that their old favorites don't usually work when you have IC unless you use a very low acid coffee. We carry a selection of both ground and whole bean low acid coffees that would make a perfect gift for the holiday season.

Whether it's from the medications we take or just general sensitivity, many ICErs report struggling with dry, prickly skin, as well as dry mouth. We've found some excellent products that can help.

Basis Soap is the #1 recommended soap for patients with vulvodynia, urethral sensitivity, rectal sensitivity and, well, just sensitivity in general.

ShiKai mades two luscious skin lotions (Coconut & Borage) that are a special treat. They have light scents and are very rich and soothing. Kokum Butter Body Balm is a long time favorite of the ICN and has a light, sweet tropical scent.

If you're taking Elavil, you're probably very familiar with an uncomfortable side effect, dry mouth. Luckily, Biotene carries a variety of products that can help reduce the burn and soothe the mouth including a gum, toothpaste and mouth gel.

Chocoholics take heart! We've found some amazing carob candies that are so near chocolate that even teens couldn't figure out the difference. 8. Calling Dr. Oetker!

Dr. Oetker's organic baking mixes are a popular favorite on the ICN. The Muffin mixes (carrot, oatmeal, corn and apple cinnamon) are a special treat for IC'ers and, luckily, these are very IC friendly because of their lack of artificial ingredients.
